I am an open-source enthusiast. I like to build useful software.
These days, I am mainly involved into the cloud ecosystem but sometimes I develop other kind of softwares.
Projects
Syngit is a Kubernetes operator that allows you to push resources on a git repository and manage their lifecycle.
It is the biggest project I have working on so far. I did a few talks about it and its development brought me in the kubernetes open-source community and lead me to contribute to a few projects.

I actively contribute to some kubernetes-sigs & CNCF projects. Such as controller-runtime, kubebuilder, cluster-inventory, headlamp, etc...

Pixel War is an online game inspired by Reddit r/place. The principle is simple: put pixels on the map to form a drawing.
The first session I launched welcomed 500 players for 150K pixels placed. The challenge was to ensure the state of the game in real time on all devices. The "real time" part is managed by Redis while the history of the game is stored in Mariadb.
The stack of the site is quite classical with Nestjs for the api/backend and Vue for the frontend.

Map after a few days In the world of audio streaming, some music is only uploaded on certain platforms. How to create a playlist with music from different platforms? Smartshuffle answers this need. For now, it is possible to merge playlists from Spotify and Youtube.
The mobile application was entirely built with the Flutter framework. The challenge was to get to grips with this new way of designing a UI that moves away from classic mobile design frameworks such as React or Ionic.

The company is one of the biggest European cloud-provider.
Tech lead - Artifact RegistryTech lead at Artifact Registry - the OCI Registry-as-a-Service product.
I built the first piece of this new software and lead the architecture decisions. I defined the API using protobuf and leverage the best observability and software patterns.
The architecture and software decisions were mostly about the encryption of the user's data at rest using KMS, the geo-replication of the user's data between regions and the reachability of the OCI API through the user's virtual private network.
I also participate into the deployment and production operationnal decisions of the product.
Backend software engineer - KapsuleSoftware Engineer at Kapsule - the Kubernetes-as-a-Service product.
I am involved in several part of the product such as deploying the API on multiple regions, refactoring the internal CNI using controller-runtime, investigating & troubleshooting customer's clusters of any kind (networking, storage, etcd, etc...) and makes Kapule deployable in airgap to achieve the SecNumCloud compliance.

A small year at Airbus Defense & Space to manage Openshift clusters. I was operating hundreds of clusters that are processing satellite images.

It is the first network and telecom company in France.
My main objective was to set up and manage several Kubernetes clusters for projects with different needs. I explored the automation of cluster creation using a GitOps approach.
I was involve into building CI/CD pipelines, leverage Rancher and Kyverno to ensure multi-tenancy between 50+ teams in a same cluster.
Side-services development and integrations: database as a service with KubeDB, sealed-secrets, s3 bucket as a service with NetApp.
Build an IDP to ensure day-2 operations user-friendliness to the developer teams by creating custom Rancher integrations to connect the Kubernetes platform to the side-services.

For my first internship, I worked for a young start-up which is the first irst motorhome rental company in France. Its aim is to put people in touch with each other to rent motorhomes.
My role was to help develop the website and application.

Talks
Like the previous talk, this one was introducing Syngit for French attendees.
The talk was 1 year after the previous one so new features were added and have been explained. I took feedbacks from the previous one to really add features that people wanted.
This talk was introducing Syngit and some basic use-cases. The major goal was to let people know about the Syngit concept to make them think about some use-cases they could have.
Slides ↗The talk was about the integration of CAPI, Crossplane and syngit. The goals was to operate k8s clusters using a ClickOps UI while deploying them using GitOps.
The experience was very enriching as it was my first talk ever and it was at a very large conference

Schools
These 3 years at ENSEEIHT enabled me to deepen my knowledge of Computer Science, covering all levels (from assembler to application construction).
For example, I learned how to create a programming language using language translation methods. I also deepened my understanding of concurrency in information systems.
Finally, I discovered and applied the principles and workings of networking. In particular, I set up a 5G antenna. I also created an Autonomous System using the OSPF and BGP protocols.
Autonomous System interconnexion diagram ↗As part of my university exchange semester, I went to Kyungpook National University in South Korea.
I continued to study IT, even though the main objective was to immerse myself in the local culture.
I studied IT for two years in this IUT. It enabled me to acquire the fundamentals of information systems.
I did a lot of hands-on work on real projects with real customers.
I was accepted at INSA and started my adventure as soon as I graduated from high school. I learned a lot of mathematical concepts.
I realized that it wasn't what I was looking for, so I decided to continue my studies at an IUT. But yet, it was a good first experience of the engineering school environment.
